- Lead and direct the Project Management Office program controls, energy savings, costs, and reporting of all programs and their alignment with the financial and operating objectives of the Corporation. Oversee the preparation of SAP budget and strategic plan and support the execution of the overall RES portfolio (growing to >$1B annual spend). Deliver predictable and accurate project financial results including cash forecasts, cost and energy savings. Support program team and regulatory groups in the filing, execution, and reporting of rates and special filings.
- Develop, direct and implement appropriate PMO strategies to support program execution of the RES portfolio. Lead the strategy for aggregating, integrating, and balancing resources to execute the program portfolio within approved budgets and schedules. Continually monitor, adjust and reconcile updated forecasts to annual SAP plan to ensure that portfolio funding levels are consistent with corporate financial and operating objectives. Ensure development and accurate reporting of project / program status, milestones, and cash flows to executive management. Ensure that project activities are conducted in compliance with PSEG business controls and standards.
- Recruit, develop, motivate and retain high performance associates. Provide leadership to the development of the Project Management Office Team. Provide accurate and timely feedback regarding employee and contractor/augment performance and metrics.
- Regularly interface with Senior Leadership while representing RES on issues and initiatives related to the portfolio. Direct and oversee the preparation of key project documentation for dissemination and disclosure with Senior Leadership of regulatory agencies (BPU) and local, state and federal governmental officials.
- Lead the development and execution of Project Control and Risk Management strategies to optimize project / program performance from initiation to closeout. Drive and support the appropriate progression of estimates, forecasts, RES 930 reviews, and appropriate documentation for Utility and Corporate capital review boards.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve processes, practices and procedures that impact portfolio execution.
- In 2025, new rules that are based on the Clean Energy Act will become effective that include incentives and penalties to PSE&G earnings; these rules are based on 6 metrics and will need to be actively managed by the PMO. Responsible for developing achievable annual and strategic investment plans in conjunction with Corporate Finance and program implementation teams. Directs the overall strategic integration and resource balancing of the portfolio to deliver predictable and accurate project financial results and energy savings including cash forecasts, budgets and PO management.
- Directs the development and implementation of portfolio controls and risk management programs, processes and practices applicable to both individual programs as well as the entire portfolio. Oversees and ensures the development and application of quality and standards programs, including the automation of related project reporting and interfaces though various information technology systems (Statewide Coordinator, SAP, eTrack+, Power BI, data lake, etc.). Continuously reviews the scope, energy savings, investment, cost and risk of the programs in the portfolio, to identify and develop early indicators and alternatives to help control and facilitate any changes to assigned programs as they progress to achieve program targets and budgets. documentation, and corresponding policies & procedures.
- Bachelors Degree with 10 or more years of relevant work experience
- Proven leadership ability, demonstrated high level management skills in coaching and development

Job Summary
This position reports to the Vice President – Renewables & Energy Solutions (RES). Leads, directs and oversees the Project Management Office program’s financial and operational controls: cost, investment, energy saving, and reporting for all RES programs/Projects to meet all BOD/SET and regulatory requirements. Programs include: 1) 11+ Energy Efficiency programs, 2) Solar and Energy Storage programs, and 3) Electric Vehicle Programs.
