      The Director of Provider Marketing is responsible for the marketing strategy and execution focused on delivering value-driven initiatives to our network of doctors in alignment with our enterprise essentials and revenue goals. This role leads the enterprise-wide, integrated, cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) efforts for Premier, is accountable for delivering MQLs to accelerate the sales cycle, and advocates for the Doctor and Practice Staff viewpoint as part of GTM cross-audience efforts.

      Establish and lead marketing strategies to drive awareness and utilization of doctor-facing programs across the Network.

      Responsible for delivering marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to support revenue growth for our materials businesses and deepen doctor participation within the Premier Edge Program.

      Responsible for developing and maintaining the Premier Edge brand including the core benefits (Training & Education, Career Support, Marketing Support, and Partners); driving awareness and engagement to ensure the brand resonates with all VSP audiences.

      Program ownership for Premier Edge Marketing Support (PEMS); a core Premier Edge benefit offering tools, content, resources, and consulting for Premier Edge Private Practice doctors.

      Responsible for developing and executing doctor marketing strategies in support of enterprise initiatives that help private practice thrive including (but not limited to) PECAA integration, Career Center of Excellence, Health Focused initiatives, IP Doctor Program, FedVip Open Season, and State Advocacy efforts.

      Responsible for overarching Premier Edge content strategy ensuring consistency across all communication vehicles, programs, and audiences through seamless development and implementation.

      Responsible for strategic, integrated, omni-channel campaign development including email, trade media, social media, web, trade show, print, and digital channels.

      Responsible for Provider digital experience on the Provider Hub website, serving all Network Doctors.

      Create a marketing performance dashboard to report the results of campaigns, programs, and initiatives; to inform future planning and strategies.

      Manage collaborative relationships across multiple stakeholders, cross-LOB business partners, peers, sales organization, and team members.

      Assist in the development and implementation of best practices to provide consistent quality to all creative projects.

      Actively manages risk at a functional level and communicates developments to leadership; elevates information and makes recommendations as appropriate.

      Work with the legal team to develop disclaimer messaging and to ensure compliance with trademark, copyright, and other related laws to avoid substantial risk/cost to the company, serving as the primary resource in this space for the Marketing enterprise.

      Oversee quality control and, in conjunction with procurement and marketing business partners, provide approvals on production and fulfillment vendors.

      Establish guidelines for appropriate and effective use of different delivery mediums.

      Job Specifications

      Typically has the following skills or abilities:

      Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Minimum of 2 additional years of experience related to functional area.

      Minimum of 6 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work, and managing the performance of direct reports

      Subject matter expertise of doctor: customer journey, personas, pain points, and motivations to help influence desired behavior to support business outcomes.

      3+ years in advertising/marketing, project management, and agency experience

      Strong strategic planning abilities

      Analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and negotiation skills

      Ability to develop and deliver information at the appropriate level for the audience, including presentations and status updates.

      Ability to solicit needed support from key stakeholders to lead and manage changes and successfully execute programs.

      Demonstrated experience in driving organizational change

      Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      Experience with audio, video, and other multi-media formats

      Ability to work with a high sense of urgency, handling multiple priorities, changing deadlines, and constant interruption

      Excellent presentation and conceptual skills

      Preferred Skills

      Experience in marketing operations

      Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. As a part of the compensation package, this role may include eligible bonuses and commissions.       Salary Ranges: $100,000.00 - $157,500.00
