- Develop Pandora’s long-term Public Affairs strategy
- Develop and execute global public affairs initiatives and engagement plans
- Support markets on local public affairs activities
- Represent and orchestrate Pandora’s relations to key corporate stakeholders
- Build and maintain the necessary internal and external professional networks to ensure timely influence on relevant regulatory issues
- Promote thought leadership on sustainability and other topics of global relevance, e.g. by placing Pandora in key media and at impactful speaking podiums
- Drive Pandora’s position as a valued corporate citizen in Denmark
- Monitor and manage reputational risk and issues
- Build position papers and tools to support leadership and markets on issues
- A Master’s degree in political science, communications or international relations
- 8+ years public affairs experience, including message-crafting and relations-building to relevant stakeholders – preferably from a global business
- Understanding of a wider industry and sustainability agendas and how they impact corporates and brands
- Existing network with relevant institutions
- Experience with issues management, preferably from a consumer-oriented business
- Fluency in English. Danish is a plus
- Experience with media relations work is also a plus
- An ability to lead in informal structures and projects
- Strong project management capabilities
- A results- and impact-oriented mindset
- Great networking, relationship-building, and influencing skills
- An international, analytical big picture orientation
- Updated on current geopolitical and socio-economic agendas
- A hands-on, can-do attitude combined with an ability to work strategically
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Lead global public affairs initiatives

You will be part of the Media Relations & Public Affairs team at our head office in Copenhagen, Denmark. The team’s primary responsibility is to secure best-in-class media relations and to support business and reputation through public affairs. You will work closely with the rest of the team as well as colleagues in our key markets.
