      Job Description: Responsible for the overall day-to-day management and strategic leadership for all QSight team resources at customer locations across the country. Primary responsibilities include leading and developing the team in aspects of relationship and customer engagement expectations, collaborating and participating in customer business reviews, developing and monitoring key customer performance indicators, creating productivity metrics for on-site teams, establishing and maintaining standard operating procedures, and supporting local training needs. Additionally, the Director is expected to work closely with the Commercial, Implementation, and other internal teams on both growth opportunities and projects with current and future customers and utilize the broader on-site team to support activities in those pillars as appropriate.

      Core Responsibilities:

      • Lead and develop on-site resource teams across the country in aspects of relationship and customer engagement expectations.
      • Develop ongoing education plans for the team that support consistency in processes, documentation and awareness of new functionality.
      • Support local on-site team differences that are appropriate and provide educational resources and metrics to help.
      • Collaborate with the Commercial team on customer business reviews by including key performance metrics by customers, recommendations on next steps, communication and feedback on how to serve customers better.
      • Develop strong customer relationships where on-site resources are located at both clinical and supply chain levels of the organization that through collaboration and strong communication create credibility and trust. Collaboratively support Commercial and Operational teammates in the assessment, design and delivery of value generating engagements.
      • Build credibility and trust that supports the delivery of value generation engagement(s). Create an environment that supports expanded client relationship to grown the business.
      • Responsible for implementation planning, milestone and goal achievement, and mitigation of engagement challenges.
      • Responsible for the attainment of value and/or revenue goals. Achieves metric threshold set at the beginning of each engagement such as: managing expenses to budget expectations of customer(s); managing deliverables to expectations of customer; tracking progress toward customer goals and reporting issues and concerns to customers in a timely manner; creating and tracking a revenue and expense plan; and pursuing outstanding A/R balances should they occur.
      • Research and recommend changes to the service line based on market and customer needs to enhance the service line for future growth.
      • Defines, assesses, and recommends standards for the service line to enhance and support the sustainability of services implemented. Provides leadership and direction to project teams. Direct the team to implement a Service Line.
      • Communicate with client sponsors regarding milestone and goal achievement, roadblocks to success and recommendations to mitigate engagement challenges.
      • Effectively recruits, manages, motivates, develops, and retains teammates that enhance QSight’s ability to strive for excellence in the Healthcare SCM profession.
      • Assesses and recommends adjustments to teammate assignments to efficiently and effectively deliver results.
      • Acts as Subject-Matter-Expert on implementation processes and contributes to the development of tools and materials to support delivery of all programs and services.
      • Adheres to and assures that teammates are trained on practice guidelines, including but not limited to: Expense Reporting and Time Management (Extensity), Project Management and Spend Analytic tools, financial reporting, confidentiality, and record retention.
      • Administers/monitors approved accounting practices to ensure financial and operating reports accurately reflect the condition of the business and provide reliable information necessary to control operations. Ensure all practices and procedures comply with audit requirements and meet operational standards. Collaborates on project planning and staff scheduling to ensure leverage of resources.

      Qualifying Experience:

      • Bachelor’s degree in related field, required (Examples include, but not limited to, hospital administration, business management, supply chain management, nursing or healthcare technology)
      • Master’s degree, preferred
      • Minimum, seven (7) years of experience in health care supply chain or technology consulting services, required
      • Minimum, ten (10) years of experience in health care supply chain management, required
