What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and develop a team responsible for regulatory consulting and support for all health plan activities
- Provide support for all lines of business, including Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, individual market, employer group plan offerings, and ancillary lines
- Interpret and disseminate state and federal regulatory requirements
- Guide the organization in obtaining regulatory approval for product offerings
- Ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or related field -OR- a combination of equivalent education/experience
- 10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or oversight, auditing, risk management, law, government regulations, or related field
- 5+ years of managed care or health insurance experience
- 5+ years of management experience (overseeing legal assistants, paralegals, or similar indirect reporting)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field -OR- J.D.
