Define and lead the development of RGM tools and capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including OBPPC, Franchise, RGM Execution, and Platform Services to integrate RGM solutions into existing systems and processes.
Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to drive adoption of new RGM tools and capabilities across the organization.
Create and deliver engaging and informative communications to key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, promoting the value and benefits of RGM initiatives.
Design and implement training programs for users of RGM tools, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to leverage these capabilities effectively.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of RGM tools and capabilities and use analytics to identify areas for improvement.
Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure sustained adoption and utilization of RGM tools and capabilities.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in RGM and continuously explore opportunities for innovation and enhancement of RGM capabilities.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive results across cross-functional teams.
Proactivity, flexibility and the ability to learn and adapt from failure.
Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience crafting and delivering messages to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking, with experience in leveraging analytics to inform decision-making.
7+ years of experience in project management, change management and communications.
Experience with RGM software and tools is highly desirable.
