Job Description

- Understanding all demand signals that come through Commercial channels into IBP demand (FFM Media, Discovery, Testing) to track and challenge established supply strategies including volume allocations and targeted FG inventories for MTO,IC,MTS products.
- All manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and FG inventory strategies
- Drive utilization of vertically integrated systems strategy for SAP/IBP. Drive participation, content and outcome improvements withing each global and regional S&OP forums.
- KPI’s: Drive the global KPI dashboard around supply performance and IBP reliability, continuous improvement
- Align with Supply Chain / Operational leadership, sites and Product management on site supply / region / Customer needs leading to suggested Tech Transfers and related cost models.
- Coordinate and facilitate monthly S&OPs. Facilitate meetings driving to documented decisions and actions. Track tasks and implementation of decisions during the future focused meeting
- Indirect management of an organization of team members to capture SKU level forecasts from commercial’s management and entry of IBP Demand, analyse and communicate misalignments to the established yearly supply targets and identified network creating solution proposals.
- Trend and report on effects of Fast accuracy from commercial, monthly net change of MoM and FY demand to target driven volume, network Inv. levels and others.
- Use, introduce and optimize systems and tools, such as IBP Supply and Inventory reporting / tracking
- Participate in focused initiatives and projects to direct where supply improvement projects need to be initiated through re-deployment / reallocation of site volumes, capacity expansions and cycle time reductions.
- Master degree in Economics, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Scientific etc.
- English Business fluent; Any other major languages is nice to have.
- Advanced no. of years of experience in central supply chain within industrial environment.
- You act as a Change Agent to continue to transform our S&OP process and bring the organization to next performance level
- IBP/SAP experience is helpful
- Important mix between business and operational skills.
- Any skill that supports the mentioned indirect responsibilities, competencies & behaviours, and that supports working in an ambiguous environment with limited process maturity

The Director S&OP / leads the monthly and executive S&OP process as well as being responsible for tactical volume allocation to our network sites. Major responsibilities include: facilitation of all aspects of CHI S&OP, monthly evaluations of commercial demand signals through IBP supply, monthly decisions for the allocation of required supply, tracking and evaluation of product portfolio and sites supply situation. Role also provides data and trend analysis to targeted supply plans in relation to forecast accuracy realities.
