Develop and execute strategic plans for sales enablement, communications, and market awareness aligned with business goals

Oversee marketing and communication initiatives across digital, social, email, print, and web channels

Provide strategic support and tools to the sales team, including CRM optimization, collateral, presentations, and automation tools

Lead internal and external communication strategies, including public/media relations and press engagement

Represent the organization at key industry events, forums, and client engagements

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide sales strategy and product positioning

Develop high-quality, engaging content tailored for target audiences across various platforms

Lead and mentor a high-performing team in sales support, marketing, and communications
-
Track and analyze campaign and enablement performance; recommend improvements based on data insights

Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all external touchpoints

Manage the execution and performance of digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, and email marketing campaigns

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
-
7–10 years of experience in sales enablement, marketing, or communications
-
Demonstrated success supporting high-performing sales teams in a B2B environment

Experience managing content creation, communications strategy, and marketing campaigns

Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing platforms, and sales enablement tools

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear messaging

Experience in or strong understanding of the logistics or 3PL industry

Master’s degree or MBA

Experience scaling enablement programs in a fast-paced, distributed sales organization

Knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools and metrics (e.g., SEO, Google Analytics, HubSpot)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
