Strategic Sales Leadership:
· Develop long-term sales strategies based on market trends, and threats, and identify opportunities.
· Design and align the sales organization and support functions around mid to long-term execution plans.
· Drive Development of Strategic Planning Process (STRAP) every three years.
Team and Performance Management:
· Lead a team of sales professionals, including four Heads of Sales, ensuring optimal performance and engagement.
· Drive talent management and succession planning within the sales department.
· Build and manage strong customer relationships, enhancing stability and partnerships with key accounts.
Operational Excellence:
· Deliver annual budget targets including volume, revenue, margin, and profit for Carpet, Filtration & Shoe (CF&S) North America.
· Oversee the professionalization of Key Account Management, including customer segmentation, key account plans, and activity monitoring.
· Implement sales excellence initiatives and drive CRM adoption within the sales organization.
Sales Analysis and Development:
· Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate sales activity reporting and reliable forecasting.
· Analyze sales metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales tactics and growth initiatives.
· Leverage analytical capabilities to generate insights on key revenue drivers.
Collaboration and Integration:
· Ensure seamless integration and coordination with other departments and corporate functions, particularly Global Sales Excellence.
· Actively collaborate with other CF&S regions (EMEA and APAC) to synchronize sales efforts and strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering related field, Master's preferred
- 10+ years of Sales Management experience in multi-national manufacturing organization
- Demonstrated ability to drive business results and orientation
- Excellent business and operational understanding
- Fluent in English, both verbal and in writing
