What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design and execution of sales enablement strategies to drive productivity and growth
- Partner with Sales and Executive Leadership to define success metrics and track performance
- Streamline sales processes and implement tools for efficiency and customer focus
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver best-in-class programs for the sales organization
- Coach sales leaders to enhance team performance and accountability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Sales Enablement teams with people leadership responsibility
- Proven success in building and executing enablement strategies that improve sales results
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to develop measurable plans
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable influencing at the executive level
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred

- Experience in distribution, industrial, or MRO industries
- Strong problem-solving and change leadership skills
- Track record of driving process automation and technology adoption
- Experience with analyzing customer buying processes and seller behavior trends
