      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Influence and drive effective sales strategies and best practices through collaboration with various leadership teams
      - Manage sales process quality and identify opportunities for improvement across the division
      - Monitor and enhance the accuracy and distribution of sales reports and intelligence essential to the sales organization
      - Support sales coaching discipline with best practices to enhance sales performance
      - Coordinate marketing, communications, and training content to ensure alignment with the sales activation approach

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Five or more years of insurance, marketing, or sales experience
      - Managerial and leadership experience, both strategic and tactical
      - Bachelor’s degree or business equivalent
      - Minimum of 3 years of field sales, sales effectiveness, or sales enablement experience
      - Exceptional influencing skills with the ability to translate technical language into layman’s terms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience building sales onboarding and development programs
      - Functional knowledge of Commercial Lines products and services
      - Technical sales and marketing skills with a deep understanding of selling through intermediaries and distributors
