      - Drive consistent year-over-year sales growth and identify opportunities in the property management segment
      - Lead a team of sales managers, providing guidance and training to enhance seller skills and productivity

      - Collaborate with various departments and external partners to develop customer-focused sales programs
      - Maintain relationships with key Pro customers and stay informed on industry trends

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
      - 5-7 years of experience in business-to-business sales
      - 5 years of leadership experience in a sales environment
      - Strong knowledge of business-to-business sales dynamics
      - Ability to travel 3-5 days a week and access a major airport

      - Experience incorporating e-commerce into sales strategy
      - Experience identifying and responding to emerging consumer trends
      - Previous experience in home improvement retail
