What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze data to identify high-value lead targets for the sales team
- Develop reports for sales, marketing, and finance based on sales data
- Actively participate in discussions regarding sales compensation and incentives
- Manage CRM systems, ensuring accurate data and utilization by sales team
- Lead a team of stateside and offshore employees, collaborating with stakeholders to meet priorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Ops as a Senior Manager or above
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Salesforce administration experience, including report writing and data architecture decisions
- Fluency in demand gen/marketing metrics
- Ability to drive sales and marketing leaders towards desired outcomes
