      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute the Salesforce Roadmap in alignment with business strategies
      - Oversee implementation, adoption, and optimization of Salesforce and Highspot
      - Drive integration and adoption of AI tools and emerging sales technologies
      - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless technology integration
      - Establish KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of sales tools and training programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 12+ years of professional experience in sales operations or related field
      - At least 4+ years of management experience
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
      - 5+ years of experience with Salesforce product management and administration
      - Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage high-performing teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - MBA or equivalent experience
      - Extensive experience with Highspot and AI tools
      - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
      - Analytical mindset focused on data-driven decision-making
      - Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
