      Reporting to the VP, Digital Enterprise, the Director, SAP S/4 HANA is primarily responsible for overseeing and leading a global SAP S/4 HANA implementation program focused on creating a high performing business process framework. The primary objective will be to support Pentair’s enterprise-wide SAP S/4 HANA solution deployment by providing SAP S/4 HANA expertise and establishing a Center of Excellence to deploy and maintain the SAP S/4 HANA solution.

      You Will:

      • Lead Pentair in “seeing the art of the possible” with SAP S/4 HANA and be a key driver in the prioritization and roadmapping by guiding the business in executing upon this strategy.
      • Define and lead a global S/4 HANA Center of Excellence focused on creating internal S/4 HANA deployment capability.
      • Partner with Pentair IT teams to define and establish a World Class support organization focused on process and internal S/4 HANA knowledge as well as technology.
      • Serve as a trusted advisor and technical expert to Pentair leadership and the the program team.
      • Define, document and communicate best practices and standards for SAP S/4 HANA implementation and support.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product management, marketing, sales, finance, etc. to ensure solution integration, solutining and technical guidance.
      • Actively partner with Pentair’s segments, business units and categories to ensure business specific transformation activities accelerate with the S/4 HANA deployment.
      • Create and present technical information to influence and gain the understanding of business as well as technical roles across the organization.
      • Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.
      • Partner with Global Process Owners, IT, HR and the business to develop and deliver training materials to continuously educate Pentairs’ users on the capabilities and functionality of SAP S/4 HANA.
      • Manage key vendors and service providers to ensure project success.
      • Works closely with Enterprise and business teams to maintain alignment the SAP HANA roadmap with evolving business needs, including focus on integrating acquisitions into the SAP S/4 HANA solution.

      Key Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
      • 10+ years of experience in SAP implementation projects with 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
      • Hands on demonstrated success in setting up a Center of Excellence for SAP S/4 HANA.
      • Strong leadership and project management skills.
      • Experience leading and managing teams, performance plans, budgets, schedule, resources.

      Additional Information:

      Travel

      • Ability to travel, between 20-30% of the time.
