      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in the non-profit sector
      - Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team
      - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with C-level executives
      - Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, including lead generation, proposal development, and deal closure
      - Navigate procurement processes unique to non-profit organizations and represent the company at industry events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 18+ years of industry experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role
      - Experience specifically selling technology solutions within the non-profit domain for at least 3 years
      - Proven experience in selling complex software solutions and IT consulting engagements
      - Expertise across the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
      - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Extensive experience in a leading IT consulting firm environment
      - Demonstrated experience with international sales and managing remote sales teams
      - An established network of C-level and senior IT contacts within major non-profit organizations
      - Understanding of procurement processes relevant to non-profit partnerships
