Direct strategic growth and operational excellence for Neurosciences & Orthopedics.
Build collaborative relationships with employed and independent physicians, clinicians, and community partners.
Lead initiatives that enhance service quality, financial performance, and patient experience.
Drive innovation in care delivery, patient engagement, and provider alignment.
Develop and implement business strategies that improve outcomes and expand our reach across the region.
Collaborate with executive and clinical leadership on service line development and organizational priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or leadership-related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, ideally within Neurosciences, Orthopedics, or a related clinical field.
Proven success leading teams and driving service line growth.
Strong business acumen, including experience interpreting market data, financials, and operational analytics.
Experience engaging with physicians and clinicians to support clinical excellence and strategic initiatives.
Passion for advancing healthcare delivery through innovation and collaboration.
Clinical experience or deep familiarity with Neurology, Neurosurgery, or Orthopedic services.
Experience with provider recruitment and contract management.
Knowledge of healthcare trends, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and inspire a culture of service, excellence, and accountability.
