      We are looking for Service Sales Director to drive profitable growth in Asia Pacific area.

      This position is based in Thailand or Indonesia.

      Job description

      You will lead and coordinate Asia Pacific Service sales activities to sell customer centric solutions. You do this by driving top-line, profitable growth and customer satisfaction.

      You, as individual contributor, will

      • Lead and drive Asia Pacific Service sales

        • Budgeting

        • Sales

        • Sales process

        • Sales development

        • Marketing

      • Participate selected sales cases as the main negotiator.

      You will report to Vice President, Service, Asia Pacific.

      Requirements:

      • Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.

      • 10+ years of experience in working with process industry and exposed in Sales.

      • Excellent negotiation skills

      • Proven track record in driving growth and creating profitable solutions.

      • Leadership capability to lead with influence in matrix organization.

      • Experience and proven capability to work in multicultural environment.

      • Strong communication skills in English, as well as presentation and facilitation skills.

      • Experience of Valmet sales process, products and related systems and tools.

      • Willingness and ability to travel.

      • Capability and drive to develop your colleagues.

      • Self-motivation and can-do attitude.

      • Commercial mindset and passion to serve our customers.
