      We are seeking an experienced Director, Social and Influencer Marketing to join our team. This is a hybrid position and can be based in either our Fort Lauderdale, FL or Santa Clarita, CA offices. In this role you’ll be responsible for shaping the Princess brand narrative in social media. You’ll drive the development of organic social strategies and delivery of our brand presence in the social platforms inclusive of Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest. In addition, you’ll lead the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, sourcing influencers that extend our reach into new audiences, amplify our brand differentiators and drive engagement. You’ll work in close collaboration with many internal partners across the organization and manage the relationship with our social media agency.

      Responsibilities

      • Develop our organic social media strategies, aligned with core business priorities, to deliver compelling content in multi platforms, grow our social audiences and drive engagement with the Princess brand.
      • Lead the team that creates organic social content, maintains the social editorial calendar, publishes content, and manages influencer marketing campaigns.
      • Analyze engagement and performance metrics to inform strategic and editorial decisions and to create accountability for results.
      • Develop deep understanding of our social audiences to establish our Princess persona that guides our editorial approach, narrative, and tone of voice
      • Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers who embody our brand values, connect with our target audiences, and lead the development of impactful influencer marketing campaigns, from negotiation to content briefs and performance tracking.
      • Collaborate with the public relations and paid media teams to produce authentic and engaging videos and content that showcases the Princess brand differentiators to build greater consideration for the brand.
      • Manage social media agency relationship and the work they produce
      • Oversee social media budgets and spending

      Requirements

      • 10+ years of proven experience in social media management and content strategy. Experience in the cruise or travel industry preferred
      • Expertise in various social media platforms and their best practices.
      • A track record of delivering social media and influencer campaigns that create buzz, showcase innovative creative ideas and positively impact brand sentiment.
      • Analytical experience in evaluating social media metrics and applying a data-driven approach to optimizing content.
      • Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics tools).
      • Experience using video editing software like Adobe Premier
      • Ability to build, coach, develop and inspire a team of direct reports to deliver on business goals.
      • Proven proactive, strategic, and creative leadership with the ability to provide clear feedback and influence others.
      • Ability to succinctly frame up a verbal or written point of view.
      • Agility to manage and lead their team through changing priorities and strategic direction.
      • Experience in creating and delivering clear and compelling presentations to key stakeholders, including senior executive leaders.
      • Known to thrive in a collaborative environment and drive results through strong, sustainable relationships.
      • Strong storytelling, writing and editing skills.
      • Creative thinking and a keen eye for design.
      • Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing concepts is a plus.

      This is a hybrid role, and can based in either Fort Lauderdale, FL or Santa Clarita, CA.

      • Base Salary Range: $119,900-$161,800. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base pay is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
