      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Take ownership of the technical outcomes for all products and services delivered by the team
      - Act as the primary technical liaison, aligning technical and business goals with Product Management and User Experience
      - Manage the financial performance of teams, including budget oversight
      - Drive the engineering culture, focusing on quality, innovation, and efficiency
      - Oversee talent management, including attraction, retention, and development of team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Application implementation or software development experience in a corporate environment
      - In-depth technical understanding of relevant technologies
      - Familiarity with agile software development processes
      - Experience with cloud implementations, including Salesforce and AWS technology stacks
      - Proven track record of successful product implementations and staff development

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience leading and developing technical teams in a geographically dispersed organization
      - Excellent communication and collaboration skills within and outside of Product Development leadership
      - Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels to develop and deliver solutions
