- Must be able to lead the team to write detailed test plans, understand scenario and script development, and requirements traceability.
- Must have knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies and assess the implementation into the test approach.
- Must be able to develop a framework for automated testing using the Tosca Test Suite and Selenium with Appium for Responsive testing.
- Shall collect, track and report test metrics and brief senior leadership on test status.
- Shall have knowledge of enterprise-level applications including CRM (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), data warehouse, Data Visualization (Power BI/Tableau/Domo), Web Apps built on Java Platform.
- Minimum 10 years of test management experience
- Software Testing Experience is a must
- Ability to manage the different Executive stakeholders and expectations
- Ability to lead a team of functional analysts to document, articulate functional design and manage the software product releases.
- Must have Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information technology, Engineering or related Discipline plus 8 years of Software Quality Assurance experience or Master’s plus 6 years of Software QA experience
- Must have 5 years or more of Test Automation Experience and at least 3 of those in Tricentis Software suite- Tosca, Qtest, Neoload.
- Must have 3 years or more of Management experience to deliver Software QA with a team of Onsite and Offshore QA experts.
- Must have 5 years or more of working in delivering QA for Agile Projects- SCRUM/SAFe/Kanban.
- Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills; ability to effectively exercise tact, discretion, judgment and diplomacy when interacting and/or negotiating with internal and external customers
- Ability to present and explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport persuades others, and gains understanding
- Ability and willingness to accept responsibility, willingness to challenge established practices and draw relevant conclusions, including the persistence and willingness to take calculated risk, to stimulate, market and sell new ideas within the organization.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group, to achieve results through team efforts, and the desire and ability to motivate, persuade and direct the activities of others.
- Ability to manage/implement projects and contributes to concept development, and ability to identify, analyze and resolve business issues through solution-oriented projects.
- Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment and/or crisis situation and render good decisions to resolve the problems, maintain safety and ensure adherence to Corporate Code of Conduct.
- Experience with Salesforce Software testing
- Test Automation Certifications- Tosca/ Microfocus UFT
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools- JIRA, Confluence
- Mondays thru Fridays, 9:00am to 5:00pm (approximate)
- Schedule may change according to business operational needs to include weekend hours.
- Hybrid- 3 days from Office- T,W,Th.
- Work is performed indoors in a typical office environment.
- Possibility of travel to locations outside of the office environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10 to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, squat, and reach above shoulders.
- Hand-eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity including ability to grasp and operate equipment
- Visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment, and read technical information.
- Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.

In addition you will lead the team that is responsible for the system test activities for a large-scale Customer Facing applications including Web apps, CRM (Salesforce.com) including Field Service Management applications being deployed to multiple users across the United States, especially as the system evolves over multiple releases. You must be able to develop an approach for full system integration test of the technical implementation of the Customer and Employee Facing applications to include integration of all hardware, software, and network components with emphasis on Interoperability, Interfaces, Data Management, Data Validation, System Performance, Security, COOP, Disaster Recovery, Reliability/Availability/Maintainability (RAM), Training, and Help Desk.
