      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide day-to-day management, ongoing education, support, inspiration, and coaching of talent acquisition manager/supervisor and partners
      - Own the entire talent acquisition function for ~$500 million business lane in a large multi-state geography
      - Work closely with operational business partners to partner on hiring need alignment and strategies
      - Establish and manage a cohesive talent acquisition team that excels at meeting business hiring targets
      - Lead team to utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to the fullest extent

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in related area required; Master's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years' management experience preferred
      - Minimum of 7 years' recruiting and/or related HR experience preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years sales experience preferred
      - Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment
      - In-depth knowledge of AAPs and laws/regulations related to staffing and recruitment
      - Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
