What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and lead high-performing cross-functional product management teams aligned with the RX Modernization vision
- Guide teams in an agile environment to drive rapid iterations and product improvements
- Define and execute the product roadmap for the RX Modernization Program, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Translate customer and colleague needs into actionable technical requirements for enhanced user experiences
- Collaborate with pharmacy operations and analytics teams to optimize efficiencies and deliver measurable business outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in technical product management, focusing on building technical products and services
- 5+ years of experience with cloud computing technologies and microservices architectures
- 5+ years of experience in building and managing technical product teams
- 5+ years of experience with large-scale modernization programs in a technical capacity
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (High School diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in pharmacy technology
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based delivery models
- Deep knowledge in software development with AI/ML applications in workflow optimization
- Strong decision-making skills in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or MBA
