What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery life-cycle
- Drive technology-focused discussions with senior leadership and provide valuable insights and recommendations
- Lead and develop a team of technical program managers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and architects
- Focus on execution, follow-through, accountability, and results
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong technical background in building scalable platforms, products, or services
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and influencing skills
- Quantitative approach to problem-solving and a systems thinker
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience building highly scalable mobile products & platforms
- Experience in building systems & solutions within a highly regulated environment
- MBA or Master's Degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering) or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience with DevOps
- 5+ years of experience with Site Reliability Engineering
