      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead technology-focused discussions with senior leadership to guide technology-based decisions
      - Build and lead a world-class team of technical program managers
      - Drive execution, follow-through, and accountability for large-scale programs
      - Collaborate across different functions and organizations to achieve business objectives
      - Simplify technically complex concepts and drive well-educated decisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs
      - Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
      - Experience in designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
      - Strong background in Agile delivery and building distributed systems
      - Ability to lead experienced TPM teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in a multi-cloud environment
      - 4+ years of experience with DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering
      - MBA or Master’s Degree in a related technical field
      - Experience in building systems within a highly regulated environment
