Lead and develop the Technical Program and Project Management teams of Omniverse and collaborate with Product Program Managers to generate constant forward momentum on Omniverse’s projects.
Architect and implement scalable project management frameworks to support Omniverse’s growth and technical demands.
Champion agile methodologies, ensuring rapid iteration, continuous delivery, and adaptability across multi-disciplinary teams and continue to build our PLC process.
Drive visibility of program information, ensuring communication of objectives, timelines, and risks to all collaborators.
Build a culture of proactive problem-solving, encouraging teams to anticipate challenges and act decisively.
Evaluate and improve program management practices to streamline delivery, improve collaboration, and ensure quality outcomes.
A proven history of implementing and leading agile practices in software development environments.
Experience working and leading in a Cloud-First, Live Services environment and a understanding of API architecture.
Proven ability to lead, build and scale technical program & project management operations.
Excellent ability of maintaining open lines of communication and ensuring transparency in sophisticated project ecosystems.
Strong examples of a proactive approach in risk management, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making.
Deep understanding of technical program management with outstanding organizational competence to balance multiple large simultaneous workstreams.
BS degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
12+ overall years of experience and 8+ years of management experience.
Innovative Solutions: Present a portfolio that includes innovative strategies for scaling technical programs while maintaining quality and agility.
Advanced Agile Credentials: Certifications or recognized contributions to the agile community that demonstrate deep expertise.
Clear Communication Frameworks: Proven success in creating systems that enhance information visibility and stakeholder engagement.
Predictive Risk Management: Evidence of a forward-thinking mentality in preemptively navigating project complexities and interdependencies.
Results-Driven Approach: A history of leading programs that go above and beyond and deliver measurable business impact through efficient operations.
The Director of Technical Project & Program Management at Omniverse leads all aspects of the development and execution of project management strategies, ensuring efficient progress across technical projects.
