What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and deliver revenue enablement programs to increase productivity for sales team
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs
- Foster a culture of continuous learning within the sales organization
- Define and execute strategies for technology enablement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12+ years of experience in sales enablement or related roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent
- Proven success in developing, deploying, and measuring enablement programs
- Strong experience with Salesloft, Gong, and Sales Navigator
- Ability to analyze program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements
