- Lead the integration and administration of Tessitura with Lincoln Center's various applications and websites
- Oversee and maintain the Tessitura hosting environment, ensuring optimal performance, security, and accessibility following internal business partner needs/requirements
- Research, plan, implement, and troubleshoot Tessitura upgrades, ensuring system optimization
- Work closely with the analyst/developer, assisting with Tessitura-related tasks, including but not limited to executing SQL queries and reporting
- Drive the transformation of Lincoln Center's marketing, advancement & innovation, ticketing, accessibility, Education, and IS activities via Tessitura-driven data insights
- Create a future Tessitura product implementation roadmap and ensure alignment with Lincoln Center's goals
- Represent Lincoln Center at the Tessitura Learning & Community Conference and other relevant events
- Serve as the primary escalation contact for the Help Desk for Tessitura-related issues
- Coordinate and lead the Tessitura Task Force group, acting as a company-wide resource for training and assistance
- Organize and schedule Tessitura webinars and training sessions, ensuring staff is well-equipped to utilize the system
- Engage with the wider Tessitura user community via forums, networks, and other channels
- Stay updated with the latest Tessitura developments and assess their applicability to Lincoln Center
- Update and maintain Tessitura system tables and ensure data accuracy
- Plan and implement system changes in alignment with business requests and requirements
- Act as the product manager for internal business partners and constituents selling on LincolnCenter.org, troubleshooting issues
- Other duties as assigned
- Collaborate with various departments to advise on optimal Tessitura usage
- Submit and manage help tickets with the Tessitura help desk, ensuring timely resolution
- Represent Lincoln Center in a professional and dignified manner
- Perform other Tessitura-related duties as assigned by Lincoln Center leadership
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent years of experience) with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role preferred
- Extensive experience with Tessitura or similar CRM systems
- 5+ years’ experience researching, developing, and implementing online and emerging technologies
- 5+ years’ experience researching, developing, and implementing online and emerging technologies
- Applied knowledge of Tessitura hosting, focusing on overseeing and optimizing hosting environments
- Technical knowledge of the PC and Web environments, with the capability to troubleshoot and optimize these environments
- Ability to translate technical issues for the end user and transform user requirements into actionable technical requirements
- Proven leadership and communication abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, maintain composure under pressure, and guide other staff members
- Exceptional project management skills
- Deep understanding of the arts and cultural sector, especially as it pertains to Lincoln Center

Role Overview: The Director of Tessitura Operations, reporting to the Senior Director of Business Applications, is entrusted with the critical task of harnessing the power of the Tessitura platform to its fullest potential, optimizing its functionalities across the Center’s multifaceted departments. Serving as a linchpin between technology and arts, the Director will ensure that the platform not only functions impeccably, but also evolves in sync with the ever-changing dynamics of the arts world. The overarching goal is to continually refine and enhance the patron experience through strategic technology utilization, making it an integral part of Lincoln Center's artistic journey.
