- Own and deliver top-line sales targets for all Andersen product lines (Windows, Patio Doors, Storm Doors) sold through The Home Depot.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Home Depot's evolving business model and customer segments.
- Lead and inspire a team of Regional Sales Managers, Sales Representatives, and an In-Store Excellence Team to achieve world-class customer experience and aggressive growth targets.
- Partner with the Business Directors and cross-functional partners to develop and execute the business strategy and ensure alignment across product lines and go-to-market initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
- Effective and data led resource deployment.
- Implement sales effectiveness strategies to improve productivity, territory alignment, and resource allocation.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Drive growth across all Home Depot channels: In-Store, HDIS, Pro, and Canadian markets.
- Partner with Home Depot's field sales organization to architect and execute parallel sales motions that align with our channel partner's regional and national strategies.
- Collaborate with Pro Dealer Sales leadership to manage and minimize channel conflict, maintaining a primary focus of delighting the end customer while driving growth and profitability for Andersen.
- Optimize a best-in-class in-store customer experience through effective merchandising, training, and engagement strategies.
- Direct the In-Store Excellence Team to optimize product presentation, merchandising, product placement, associate training, and customer interaction.
- influence and collaborate with The Home Depot's Merchandising Execution Team (MET) to ensure consistent, high-quality execution of Andersen product displays and showrooms, driving an optimal customer experience across all store formats.
- Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, development, and recognition.
- Champion a culture of appreciation and belonging across the sales organization.
- Travel up to 50% in the US and Canada.
- 8+ years of progressive sales or business leadership experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing other managers.
- Proven success driving sales growth with the building materials, home improvement, or retail sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Experience in sales effectiveness strategies, including territory planning, performance metrics, and resource optimization.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels internally and externally.
- Experience working closely with national retail partners and field sales organizations to align on joint business plans.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchandising, marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
- Bachelor's Degree required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
