Who are we hiring? The Senior Director Sphere VIP Hospitality will report to the Director VIP Hospitality to successfully execute the VIP experience for MSG Executives, Board Members, celebrities, and other guests at Sphere in Las Vegas. The role is responsible for overseeing the entire VIP experience, from ingress to egress, for Concerts, attractions and special events. What will you do? · Serving as the host and onsite point of contact for VIP guests in multiple hospitality spaces within the venue · Partnering with Venue Operations and Threat Management to ensure a seamless experience · Execute strategic seat plotting; partner across departments to determine the optimal VIP seating arrangements in and around hospitality spaces · Will be in charge of coordinating additional Guest Relations staff for events · Develop post event report in partnership with House Ticketing to support correct audit protocols · Serve as a main point of contact for MSG Executives onsite · Manage relationship with Celebrity Relations department to develop and execute a seamless experience for celebrity guests · Onsite troubleshooting during events · Partner with Company Events to support special business-related events as needed · Oversees approximately 2 people · Standing for the duration of evening events · Available to work prolonged hours including evenings, weekends and holidays · Available to travel as needed What do you need to succeed? · Experience working in the hospitality world – hotels, restaurants, venues, etc. – a plus · Comfortable working with executives and celebrities · Excellent communication skills · Very detail orientated · Good with names and faces · Ability to handle high-pressured situations in a professional manner · Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple tasks in a timely manner Why is MSG for me?
