- Conducts in-depth product research to identify trends, assesses the competitive landscape, and synthesizes relevant industry research into actionable solutions.
- Manages governance routines to support the portfolio of product enhancements to ensure deliverables are being prudently monitored against key milestones.
- Collaborates with the broader Wealth Product Team to help accelerate product design, testing, and implementation of new solutions.
- Gathers relevant feedback and monitors performance metrics to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
- University (Degree) Preferred
- 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred
- 5+yrs of Project Management experience
- Financial Services Experience
- Experience managing projects from concept to implementation.
- Experience managing projects involving Wealth Products.
Wealth Product Strategy
The Sr. Director of Wealth Product Strategy is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the strategic roadmap for the wealth product suite. This role will work to identify potential growth opportunities, enhancements to our existing product offerings, and ensures the project portfolio aligns with our broader business priorities.
This role reports to the MD, Wealth Product Strategy and is part of the Wealth Product and Solutions team. The wealth Product and Solutions team is responsible for strategy, development and management of wealth product and services, which include managed accounts, brokerage solutions, trust services, and 3rd party solutions. Our vision is to offer a diverse set of investment solutions and services to help our clients reach their financial goals.

9ICThis candidate will be creating and delivering content to audiences at the C-Suite level such as business case proposals for new products and services which requires strategic funding and sponsor approval. This candidate will need experience with developing and executing a go-to-market strategy for a financial services product or experience, preferably to retail client segments.

2024-11-27 Base Pay Range: $150,000/yr. - $190,000/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
