- This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the Central Valley/Central Coast.
- Reports to and assists Director(s) Understands and supports function(s) reporting into the Director.
- Travel arrangements are typically infrequent and for the Director, individual employees in the department or a small to mid-size group with typical air, hotel, ground transportation.
- Meeting or conference arrangements are typically at PG&E facilities including San Ramon Conference Center.
- Monitor expenses for adherence to company policies and procedures, create and submit expense reports.
- Assist in determining building and asset related needs, process required forms and monitor progress.
- Schedule meetings for internal groups of employees. Resolve competing priorities.
- Works proactively and anticipates needs.
- High School or GED-General Educational Development-GED Diploma
- Administrative experience, 3 years
- May require travel up to 30%
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in MS Office, relational databases and software (e.g. ERP)
- Outstanding communication and public speaking skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Department Overview
The Vegetation Management Execution Department leads staff and outside contractors to ensure public safety, electric reliability, and regulatory compliance with state and federal vegetation management rules. The incumbents also serve as subject matter experts, provide guidance and influence, and act as external leaders in the industry on regulatory issues and market strategies. The leaders work with customers and public entities to monitor and manage vegetation proximity to PG&E assets to ensure system reliability and safety objectives. The leaders promote and adhere to all company and regulatory safety guidelines and requirements.
Position Summary
Provides administrative support to one or more Directors or Executives.
PG&E is providing the hourly rate range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual hourly rate paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
The hourly rate for this position ranges from:
Bay Area Minimum: $36.06
Bay Area Maximum: $45.19&/OR
California Minimum: $34.13
California Maximum: $51.44This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
