      Position Summary:

      We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance Director to lead all financial activities for Zoetis Brazil. The ideal candidate is a transformational leader with a proven track record in managing complex financial environments within multinational organizations.

      This role is responsible for overseeing core finance functions—Controlling, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and Compliance—ensuring alignment with US GAAP, local standards, Zoetis policies, and Brazilian regulations. The Finance Director will serve as a key business partner to the Country Leadership Team, supporting strategic decisions, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing finance organization aligned with Zoetis’s culture of ownership and innovation.

      • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial reporting across statutory, tax, and corporate requirements.

      • Drive business performance through proactive financial planning, forecasting, and insightful analysis.

      • Partner with commercial, manufacturing, and supply chain leadership to evaluate strategic initiatives, pricing, and margin optimization.

      • Lead change management, process improvements, and finance transformation aligned with business needs.

      • Oversee internal controls, audits (internal and external), and compliance with SOX and corporate standards.

      • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of operational plans, monthly financial forecasts, and financial submissions.

      • Ensure full compliance with local tax obligations and legal requirements, including statutory filings and audits.

      • Manage working capital effectively to optimize the company’s financial resources.

      • Interact with government agencies, tax authorities, and financial institutions, clearly articulating Zoetis’s position on financial matters.

      • Support and guide the organization through business development initiatives and system/process migrations.

      • Foster a financial education mindset through structured 'Finance for Non-Finance' training for commercial leaders.

      • Support M&A activities, including post-merger integration and business restructuring where applicable.

      • Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies.

      Basic Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field.

      • 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in Finance, including 3–5 years in a Director-level role.

      • Demonstrated experience leading multifunctional teams and developing high-performance cultures.

      • Proven track record in business partnering across commercial and operational areas.

      • Experience in managing transformation, restructuring, or integration processes.

      • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (US GAAP/IFRS), taxation, treasury, and internal controls.

      • Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.

      Preferred Attributes:

      • Experience in the Animal Health, Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Industry sectors.

      • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

      • Comfortable in fast-paced, matrixed, and dynamic business environments.

      Position Requirements:

      • Hybrid Work: 3 Days at the office and 2 Days remote.

      • Availability for national and international travel. 20% of the time.
