What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and text communication
- Manage an assigned block of Long-Term Disability claims
- Assess risk and make claim decisions in collaboration with business partners
- Partner with medical and vocational resources to evaluate disability and support return to work goals
- Document claim information accurately and efficiently

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of LTD claims handling experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with PC-based programs such as Excel and Word
- Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize deadlines
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College degree and prior claim experience preferred
