What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support for Office 365 applications and services
- Assist users in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft products
- Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency
- Stay updated on Office 365 features and updates to provide accurate guidance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess relevant Microsoft certifications related to Office 365
- Proven experience in technical support or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with additional Microsoft technologies beyond Office 365
- Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks
- Previous experience in a customer service role in a technology environment
- Knowledge of scripting or automation tools
