Summary
Appliance Service Dispatch position for Northern Division located at the Clifton district office. The position, under general supervision, involves dispatching emergency, and appliance service notifications, in a timely and efficient manor based on Company and tariff requirements.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
The position supports a 24 hour/7 days a week, operation (includes holidays) and is rotating shift work. Overtime may be required.

Required:
Must successfully pass the Company administered clerical aptitude test and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a safe and satisfactory driving record.
3-year lock-in period: All employees and new hires who accept this position shall be preculded from bidding on any position outside of the Dispatch department, including positions represented by other labor unions, for a period of 3 years from the date of hire or transfer with only the following two exceptions: may bid on any UA Local 855 represented clerical Mobile Construction position and/or any MAST position.
Desired:
Knowledge of PC based computer systems (SAP, CRM, Excel, Word, etc.) and customer service experience and knowledge of appliance service business processes are desirable.
DOT safety sensitive position and subject to random drug testing.
