- Take and record service orders, coordinate technicians, and arrange for services.
- Initiate all reports, invoices, and records of work performed.
- Facilitate communication between technicians and management.
- Assist management staff and technicians in performing their functions.
- Conduct weekly timesheet reviews and documentation.

- Perform initial technical reviews of field reports for errors and omissions.

- Arrange job assignments utilizing appropriately trained field technicians.
- Update supervisor and managers with progress or delays on any projects.
- Input dispatches into software system (Elmtree).
- Reconcile job assignments daily.
- Monitor fleet tracking on software system.
- Customer service skills.

Job Description
This role involves performing all dispatch functions including taking and recording service orders, coordinating technicians, and arranging for services to be performed. You will initiate all reports, invoices, and records of work performed. As an information conduit, you will facilitate communication between technicians and management. Additionally, you will assist management staff and technicians in performing their functions, conduct weekly timesheet reviews, prepare invoices, set up projects, and perform initial technical reviews of field reports for errors and omissions. You will maintain the Job Log and status reports and perform receptionist duties.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
