Job Description
- Req#: 562816
- Uphold safety standards of HAA
- Maintain and optimize aircraft schedule after daily posting by Scheduling Team
- Accurate aircraft maintenance data entry into tracking systems, and constant vigilance of aircraft inspection due times
- Communicate directly with maintenance department for scheduled and unscheduled resource maintenance
- Invoice customers and employees for services and materials
- Aviation radio and multi-line phone
- Auditing flight logs for accurate billing
- Projects as assigned by management team
- Dispatch office organization and upkeep
- Valid driver's license with good driving record preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service
- Positive attitude
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in multi-tasking
- Team player
- General aviation knowledge
- Private pilot license
- Position is part-time
- Average 15-25 hours per week
- Evening and/or weekend availability required
- Entry-level position starting at minimum wage

Job Description:
Hillsboro Aero Academy is looking for an outgoing, well-organized individual with excellent customer service skills to join the dispatch team at our Hillsboro campus. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient flight environment for customers and employees from around the world.
Please note: This is a non-certified dispatcher position.
