      Dispathcer (HVAC)

      • Location: Orange
      • Pay Rate: $23-$25/hr
      • Monday - Friday


      Duties and Responsibilities

      • Schedule and dispatch technicians to appropriate job location according to predetermined jobs, customer requests or immediate need
      • Ensure maximum productivity by achieving or exceeding Company established goals by successfully routing technicians.
      • Must be able to make quick decisions under pressure
      • Relay information (work orders and other messages) between technicians and supervisors
      • Respond to customer requests for services and equipment
      • Prepare, update and distribute the daily route schedule
      • Accurately document into salesforce any issues that may arise at the job site
      • Other duties as assigned



      Qualifications and Skills
      Previous Experience in HVAC Dispatch
      Must have a friendly and outgoing demeanor
      Must be able to work independently as well as with a team
      Must be able to multi-task
      Must be punctual with good attendance
      Ability to work in a highly organized and efficient manner
      Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to emergent problems
      Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
      Excellent customer service at all times
      Ability to operate general office equipment; phone, fax, printer /copier, and computer
