- Answers telephonic calls and collects necessary information for crisis response dispatch
- Dispatches the appropriate mobile crisis dispatch team
- Documents all pertinent information in the appropriate electronic record system
- Meets the ethical and clinical standards in compliance with all accreditation.
- Actively participates in ongoing supervision, training and team meetings.
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed
- Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
- Proactive listener
- Demonstrates high-level customer service skills and professional etiquette.
- Effectively navigate multiple Electronic Record Systems required for documentation

Job Description:SUMMARY OF POSITION
This is a remote position on a 24/7/365 high volume mobile crisis dispatch team. This position will answer calls from community partners (hospitals, jails, clinics, etc.) and collect demographic and social information required to conduct a crisis assessment. This position will also work closely with Centerstone Mobile Crisis teams and dispatch Specialists throughout Tennessee, Indiana, Illinois and Florida based on the geographic location of the crisis response request.
Must live in the great Nashville area

Education Level
High School Diploma, GED or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist.
Years of Experience
One year of customer service experience preferred

10pm-6:30am Tuesday-Saturday (Off Sunday and Monday)
