  Responsibilities
  • $20.30/hr
  • • Maintain an orderly flow of passengers and taxicabs and oversee the movement and expeditious loading of Taxis.
  • • Prevent soliciting of customers. z
  • • Maintain an orderly taxi line ensuring that all drivers are at the taxi stand line remain within the immediate proximity to their vehicles.
  • • Advise customers of rules and regulations pertinent to the trip including the correct fare and meter rates to their destination.
  • • Cooperate with Port Authority Police, Airport and/or PABT Supervisors and taxi commission agents in connections with the performance of the dispatcher duties provided herein.
  • • Be familiar with, adhere to and enforce Taxi and Limousine commission rules and regulations.
  • • When required issue Taxi Dispatcher program violation form against taxi drivers for violation of Taxi and Limousine commission rules and regulations.
  Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten year work history if available
  Preferred Qualifications:
