Acts as first point of contact for incoming equipment service and maintenance requests as well as general customer inquiries received through phone, email, and potentially web portal channels. May participate in training in order to support additional areas in responding to customer inquiries and service requests. Establishes and maintains strong, collaborative relationships with customers to identify ways to be of service and ensure customer satisfaction. Ensures all service and maintenance requests are appropriately routed to the applicable service technician and/or is escalated to the Leadership Team as applicable. Job Description:EDUCATION:Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience.
