Summary
Responsible for receiving requests for ground medical transport, initiating the mobilization of the appropriate teams, communicating with referring hospitals/services, map reading, math skills and documentation.Job Description
Perform data entry using the computer and typing any other documentation as assigned. Remain flexible for staffing patterns, maintain a sense of pride and ownership for the program, perform data entry at the time of call, work with people in phone conversations involving pediatric to geriatric ages of patients.Qualifications
Must fulfill yearly continuing education requirements of the department. Must complete orientation for various procedures and other in-service as required.
