Responsibilities
Hours of Operation: The shift hours are 8:00AM -6:30 PM either Saturday to Tuesday or Sunday to Wednesday.
JOB SUMMARY
Ensures deliveries, service calls and pick-ups are routed, dispatched and completed in a timely and quality manner. Appropriately coordinates with customer service personnel, healthcare providers, customers and multiple service level personnel. Tracks the activity of each technician and provides status and ETA information when requested.
Qualifications
A. Education/Regulatory Requirements:
o High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
B. Skills:
o 2 years prior dispatch experience preferred.
o Knowledge of computers including Microsoft Word, Excel level 1, Email and some type of inventory software program.
C. Professional Requirements:
o Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
o Goal driven with demonstrated ability to manage tasks in a fast paced environment under minimal supervision.
o Attention to detail with demonstrated ability to work within deadlines.
