Accurately follow instructions, such as SOPs/DBRs to ensure that product is produced accurately and in line with quality instructions
Complete quality documentation as per GMP requirements.
Positively participate in training and self-development.
Be able to operate Dispensing Equipment
Actively seek out and contribute to continuous improvements activities relating to;
Product line (Process, Documentation, Material)
Workplace organization
Have a drive and commitment to meet customer performance and delivery. Have accountability skills and will be able set clear and simple expectations for both themselves and the wider group.
Must at times be flexible enough to react to changing business goals, juggle and manage personal workload as per business requirements in a positive and open manner.
An ability to communicate effectively to a wide audience and accept and follow up on the views and opinions of others. Additionally the individual should be self-directed & motivated with the ability to deliver appropriate results.
Attending meetings as required and making a meaningful contribution (i.e. Tier meetings).
A willingness to daily communicate with local leaders, and to support and encourage as appropriate.
Undertake all activities in a manner which is compliant and supportive of all environmental, health and Safety (EHS) and Quality guiding principles and global standards.
Have Excellent attention to detail
Knowledge of GMP Processes and procedures.
Nat 4 or equivalent in English, maths or equivalent experience to demonstrate literacy and numeracy skills.
