      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Communicate with clients, customers, lien holders, dealerships, and state agencies to facilitate vehicle repurchases
      - Secure required documentation and expedite the return of repurchase documents
      - Handle inbound and outbound communications through various channels (phone, email, mail)
      - Meet required metrics and handle multiple cases simultaneously
      - Offer timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries and issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - At least one year of customer service experience
      - Excellent multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
      - Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time / 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Central time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a call center, retail, restaurant, or hotel setting
      - Familiarity with automotive customer service
