- Ensure that Company and government safety, policy and regulatory standards are met at all timesand maintain zero preventable accidents.
- Forecast and maintain routes to maximize tank and vehicle optimization and ensure zero run-outs.
- Plan and direct daily driver and on-call schedules consistent with company/regional standards andproductivity goals. Prepare and assign delivery tickets.
- Requisition parts and materials. May maintain fuel inventories.
- Provide input on manpower and asset management.
- May assist with fleet management – coordinate vehicle preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products and services. Handle customer complaints. Maintainprofessional image and respectful relations with customers and the general public at all times.Provide superior customer service.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Technical Service and Sales functions.

- High School diploma, GED or equivalent training and experience.
- Familiar with fuel distribution concepts, practices and procedures including related governmentregulations, attained through 3-5 years of dispatching or related experience.
- Basic understanding of computer concepts and usage including MS Office.
Overview
We are currently looking for a Distribution Coordinator to be responsible for planning and coordinating delivery schedules, routes and procedures for a CSC to maximize productivity standards and ensure zero run-outs. The Distribution Coordinator will also address delivery related inquiries and requests and may assist with fleet and fuel inventory management.

$24 - $31 an hour (dependant on experience)
This position may be eligible for overtime pay based on business needs.
