      The Distribution Associate is responsible for preparing product orders to be delivered to retail locations.

      KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Reviews product orders and creates order manifests within various software platforms
      • Prints invoices
      • Prepares and packages orders for transportation
      • Inspects all products for quality and compliant labeling/packaging
      • Processes intake of all deliveries within the distribution center including auditing and inspecting deliveries, unloading, and organizing products
      • Assists with audits for all products in inventory
      • Leads intake of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management
      • Receives, labels, and organizes all products into inventory
      • Other duties as assigned

      REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

      • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
      • Must hold or obtain a valid Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Employee Badge

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding the storage and distribution of cannabis products
      • Experience with materials handling, inventory control, shipping, and/or receiving

      PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

      • Sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time
      • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs
      • Ability to sit, stand, stoop, stretch, walk, bend, twist, reach, perform repetitive motions, and carry boxes or items

      COMPENSATION DETAILS:

      • Pay range: $18.50 to $21.50; actual pay will be determined based on qualifications
      • Bonus eligible
      • Accrue paid time off (PTO) immediately; starting at 2 weeks per year.
      • Health, dental, vision, life, disability, accident, and critical illness insurance plans are available.
      • Retirement plans available after 6 months of employment.
