      Description

      Position at JBS USA

      Billing Clerk in Distribution Center
      Job responsibilities include checking USDA certificates and applications.
      • Planning ahead in to the next day’s export schedule and making a plan of what will be done the following day.
      • Applying USDA certificate number stickers to up to 4000 boxes per day.
      • Communicating with USDA on orders shipping and orders coming up to ship in future schedule.
      Hours might have some days needed to stay in later or come in early, depending on export schedule for the week.
      • Flexible with Saturdays, as there may be some needed to be worked.
      Required skills:
      • Microsoft Excel
      • Microsoft Outlook
      • Red Prairie
      • Order Management
      • 10-key calculator are used on a daily basis and a plus.
      • Communication and Multi-task are required
      Education Requirements
      High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
