      Sales Duties

      1. Work as an inside sales representative helping the territory manager out with customer orders and assist with customer needs
      2. Work at the Avon or Broadview Heights Distribution Center 5 days a week
      3. Potential to go out and visit customers to better understand their business and gain more wallet share
      4. Attend local trade shows to network with our customers
      5. Report to DC manager any issues or problems that need assistance with.
      6. Team members would include but not limited to other Sales Representatives and Territory Manager
      7. You would work with your territory manager to drive sales into the DC locations and set up pre-orders for delivery and pick-up.
      8. Required to have superior phone skills, computer skills, and good written communication skills to be well organized.
      9. Duties include but are not limited to looking for new business and driving wallet share with existing customers, looking at the future for future orders and exceeding sales budget, order processing, cold Calls, quoting, help certain walk-in customers when sales opportunities arise, DC Tours, Inside Sales Rep for Territory Managers
      10. Communicate with the DC Store Managers on any customer order status, needs, and trends.
      11. Exceed expectations for communication with customers to keep the customers informed and taken care of.
      12. Take an active role in Great Game of Business (GGOB) which is the company’s system for active employee engagement and transparency, Brand Harmony and Company Core Values
      13. Friendly, upbeat, engaged positive approach to both internal and external customers

      16. GGOB – engage in all department and company huddles by actively listening to all information communicated. Interject ideas and questions during the huddles or workday regarding financial status and strategic direction of the department/company.

      18. Brand Harmony – learn, understand, and live our brand with all internal and external customer interactions. Use core values every day.

      Salary is 60,000

      Required

      Bachelors

      Experience

      Required 2 years

      Horticultural experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Power Point, Excel and Word. Experience with CRM’s.
